Brand Concept
The brand name nicolyfam was chosen with the hope of helping our customers put a bright smile on their face.
Nicole's products have simple designs that can be used for a long time by the whole family, regardless of gender. We focus on what customers would like for their products to be, and develop products that will bring smiles to the faces of families.
Nikoli's product development puts "what the customer wants" first, and so they spend the most time on market research. In addition to researching best-selling products, they also investigate the needs of customers through surveys of over 100 people, and improve on small details that are only noticed when actually using the product, which leads to a big difference in usability.
Nicole Fam's products are not finished once they are made; they are constantly being updated.
To achieve this, we read through all surveys and reviews, get actual feedback from our testers, and make improvements to deliver better products.
For example, when it comes to room shoes, we develop products that fit a wide range of ages, genders, and body types by incorporating customer feedback that we would not have noticed on our own, such as the following:
- The toes are curved and cramped, making them feel uncomfortable when wearing them
- The ankle area is too wide and the wind gets in and it's cold.
- Even men with large feet want to wear them comfortably
- Foreign-made shoes do not fit the high instep and wide feet that are common among Japanese people.
To continue to improve
Because we are a small company, we have the flexibility to develop products in a flexible manner, which allows us to directly reflect customer feedback in our product development. By making requests directly to factories, we are able to keep intermediate costs down and provide products at reasonable prices.

The representative of nicolyfam is a mother with a young child, so the theme of the shop is "family."
